Terms and Conditons
Kindly read carefully
– Each school must present 10 participants to be shortlisted
– The Quiz requires participants to read and understand the given text to be able to write, explain, analysis, justify and express understanding to impress a set of judges.
– The annual competition has 4 rounds. Participating schools will progress based on scores from each round.
– Schools who qualify for the second round will each play host to an opponent school for a one day event as well as visit opposing school for a qualifier face off to move to the 3rd round.
– School who qualified for the second round are to expected to compete till they are knocked off the competition or emerge as winners.
– In a case of circumstances that may lead to the inability of a participant to continue with the competition, a formal application should be presented to the Organizers, a new set of tests will be conducted at the discretion of the organizing team to absorb a replacement for the participant.
– Schools are to guide , prepare and present their participants at the competition event in the company of at least two staff members from the schools.
– Terms and conditions for transportation and other logistics will be presented in a separate document.
– It is a free competition, schools are not to pay for any services to judges, support staff or the organizing team.
– To uphold the aims and objectives of the competition, on no account should cheating be encouraged. Any school who displays acts of questionable conduct will be disqualified.
