High Chief Dumo Lulu-Briggs is a distinguished Nigerian lawyer, businessman, philanthropist, and traditional leader from Abonnema in Rivers State. He is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of DLB Group and Chairman of Platform Petroleum Limited, with decades of leadership experience across Nigeria’s oil, gas, and marine industries.

A graduate of Ahmadu Bello University and the London School of Economics, High Chief Lulu-Briggs is also a member of the Nigerian Bar. Beyond his business leadership, he is widely recognised for his commitment to education, youth empowerment, and community development through scholarships, mentorship programmes, and other philanthropic initiatives.

As one of the lead sponsors of the Education Champions League Competition, High Chief Lulu-Briggs continues to support academic excellence and the development of young Nigerians. Through his contribution to the competition, he helps advance programmes that inspire students, nurture a culture of learning, and recognise and reward outstanding educational achievement across Nigeria.

Adokiye Ikpoki

Founder, Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer, Chairborne Global Services Limited

Adokiye Ikpoki is a Nigerian entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience spanning real estate, marine logistics, and offshore energy services. He is the Founder, Managing Director, and Chief Executive Officer of Chairborne Global Services Limited, an EPC services company serving oil and gas operators, with offshore marine assets that include vessels and barges.

He also serves as Chairman of Advocate Insurance Brokers and Chairborne Shield Limited. He is an active member of several professional organisations, including the Institute of Directors of Nigeria and the Society for Corporate Governance Nigeria.

A graduate of the University of Port Harcourt, Ikpoki has undertaken executive training at Lagos Business School and the Cambridge University Institute of Transport. He is currently studying Law at the University of London.

In April 2024, Ikpoki was turbaned Sodangin Dutse by the Emir of Dutse in recognition of his contributions to national unity and economic development.

Engr. Adokiye Tombomieye, OON, FNSE

Former Executive Vice President, Upstream — NNPC Limited

Engr. Adokiye Tombomieye, OON, FNSE, is an accomplished Nigerian engineer, business executive, and respected leader with more than three decades of distinguished experience in the oil and gas industry. A graduate of Chemical Engineering from Rivers State University, he has built an exceptional career spanning operations, engineering, project management, commercial strategy, and executive leadership.

During his career with the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, now NNPC Limited, Engr. Tombomieye held several strategic leadership positions, culminating in his appointment as Executive Vice President, Upstream. In that role, he provided oversight of Nigeria’s upstream petroleum operations and led initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency, strengthening energy security, and contributing to the growth and development of the nation’s oil and gas sector.

An Officer of the Order of the Niger (OON) and Fellow of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (FNSE), Engr. Tombomieye is widely respected for his leadership, technical expertise, commitment to excellence, and dedication to developing people and institutions. Throughout his career, he has championed innovation, capacity development, and sustainable value creation, while mentoring emerging professionals and supporting initiatives that contribute to national development.
